Who Are We?

We are volunteers that are trained and equipped to respond to medical emergencies for South Shuswap residents living more than 15 minutes from a hospital.

We cover Balmoral, Blind Bay, Carlin, Eagle Bay, Notch Hill, Skimikin, Sorrento, Sunnybrae, Tappen and White Lake

personal resources to make a difference for you.

Signs

It is extremely important that your house number is clearly visible both day and night or we might waste critical time trying to locate you.

We sell the fluorescent signs.

Why are we important to you?

We are notified when you dial 9-1-1 on a life threatening call. We have a better chance of reaching you before the Ambulance service since our responders live in this area. These vital minutes could mean the difference between life or death.

Emergencies

We thank you for your support. It takes $2500 to train & equip each volunteer. Medical supplies must be replenished and maintained.
